Openings

The Voyles group has at least two funded Ph.D. student positions available for Fall 2019 in the following areas:

  • electron microscopy experiments  of bulk metallic glass structure and properties
  • STEM characterization of defects, especially using 4D STEM and machine learning

Interested students should apply for admission to the UW Materials Science and Engineering department and contact Prof. Voyles by email.
